The Prusik Group is a fully integrated Manhattan-based real estate development firm founded in 2007 by Andrew Katz and Rohan Mehra. Since inception, Prusik has focused on the development and repositioning of commercial real estate assets throughout the country with the goal of enriching the communities these assets are designed to serve. Prusik’s principals have a combined 60 years of design, construction, and development experience ranging from single tenant installations to major urban development sites.
