SAMMY GRUBER

Mr. Gruber is an associate at The Prusik Group. Prior to joining The Prusik Group, Mr. Gruber served as a Real Estate and Development Project Manager for Dig Food Group. During his tenure at Dig, Mr. Gruber was responsible for leading the growth and expansion of the brand across four major markets. Prior to Dig, Mr. Gruber was a Project Manager at Branded Concept Development, a real estate brokerage and construction management firm that specializes in developing food and beverage brands. Mr. Gruber has broad experience in managing and leading site selection, leasing, design, and construction for retail tenant fit-outs.
Mr. Gruber is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. He currently resides in Manhattan.
