ANDREW KATZ
PRINCIPAL
Mr. Katz is a co-founder and principal of The Prusik Group. Prior to founding The Prusik Group, Mr. Katz spent nine years as a partner and Director of Development at Blumenfeld Development Group, Ltd., a full-service real estate development firm with core strengths in big-box retail and office development. During his tenure at Blumenfeld Development Group, Mr. Katz was an integral part of the company’s development, acquisition, and leasing teams. Mr. Katz has secured and executed leasing transactions valued at over $500 million dollars and for ground-up retail development projects with a cumulative investment of over $1 billion. Mr. Katz is well versed in all phases of development including site acquisition, construction, leasing, and financing.
Mr. Katz is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in Sociology, Business and Economics. He is a member of the South Orange, NJ development committee where he resides with his wife and three children.
